Privacy Policy

The data controller is acting as a private individual operating in Ireland. Company details may be added in the future.

When using the Quote Request or Contact Form, the following personal data is collected and processed:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

These details are not stored in a database; they are only stored in the email inbox of the data controller.

The purposes of collecting and processing personal data are:

  • Preparing and sending a quote

  • Maintaining contact with the enquirer

  • Follow-up communication if necessary

The legal basis for processing personal data is the voluntary consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), given by submitting the contact or quote request form.

The personal data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months from the date of the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by Irish or EU law, or the data subject requests deletion earlier.

The data controller uses or may use the following external services:

  • Rackhost Zrt. – (6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos krt. 41., Hungary) – hosting and email service provider.
    The personal data you provide (e.g., name, email address, phone number) are stored on the servers of Rackhost.

  • Google Analytics – for website traffic statistics (standard IP handling).

  • Google Ads – for measuring and optimizing online ads (remarketing functions may be used).

  • Facebook Pixel – for measuring ad performance and targeted advertising.

  • Google reCAPTCHA v3 – for spam protection on contact and quote request forms. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

All cookies and tracking tools are used in compliance with the Irish Data Protection Commission guidelines.
The data controller does not transfer personal data to third parties, except where required by law.

Data subjects have the right to:

  • Request information about their personal data

  • Correct inaccurate personal data

  • Request deletion of their personal data

  • Restrict data processing

  • Object to data processing

  • Request data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
